Biserică Baptistă Credință
In 2017, Langdon Street Baptist Church sent us out to start a church in Zărnești, Romania. Zărnești is a small town located in Brașov county, Transylvania, Romania. Boasting a population of 21,681 it is located at the foot of the picturesque Piatra Craiului Mountains, which are also a part of the Southern Carpathian Mountains range and incorporates one village, Tohanu Nou.
In 2020, after learning the Romanian language, adapting to the culture and much needed renovations on our meeting place; we opened for services in November of that year.
Every Wednesday evening at 7pm we have a bible study and prayer meeting.
Every Sunday evening at 5pm we have worship services which contain singing praise and worship songs, a time of prayer and giving of tithes and offerings and gospel preaching from the Bible.
All of our services are conducted in the Romanian language and we use the VDC translation of the Romanian Bible.
We are a Baptist church that affiliates with the American Baptist Association of churches in North America. Our doctrinal statement and beliefs can be found here.
